Weddings: Shaun and Katie

5 years ago an English Rose decided to embark on an adventure of a lifetime and travelled to the other side of the world and arrived on New Zealand shores.  She had a love of wildlife and couldn’t wait to explore Dunedin’s beautiful coast on an organised wildlife tour.  Little did she know that she would meet a Southern Man, her tour guide, who also had a love of wildlife and would steal her heart.  From that chanced meeting love blossomed and the English Rose decided to stay and see where the romance would take her.  Before long the Southern Man proposed and the English Rose said yes knowing that this would lead to happily ever after.......
Ok, ok, writing is not my forte.  But 5 years ago Katie was on her OE and did arrive in Dunedin and did take a wildlife tour where she did meet Shaun and a romance begun.  And on the 16th of February Shaun and Katie pledged their love to one another at the Orokonui Ecosanctuary, a fitting surrounding for two people who are passionate about wildlife.  The sun shone, the birds sung and everyone buzzed with happiness and it was without doubt that this was the beginning of their happily ever after.

Families: The Keen Family

I feel very lucky to have my third session with this gorgeous family.  I first meet Darren and Emma when they were expecting Ruby and then again when Ruby was a newborn.  And now this gorgeous little lady is 6 months old.

My sessions with these guys have made me realise just how quickly time flies and how important it is to caputre those important milestones.

Weddings: Matt and Kylie

We had all been waiting for Matt to pop the big question to Kylie and every time someone passed a comment or made a remark on the subject Matt would tell us he would now have to delay asking Kylie to marry him.  But after 6 years and 3 gorgeous boys later their big day arrived much to our delight.

It was another gorgeous and hot Central Otago day and Matt and Kylie's ceremony took place in the maze in the beautiful grounds of The Orchard Garden surrounded by family and friends.  So much thought and hard work went into making this a truly beautiful and special occasion.

Kylie you looked truly stunning and it was so great to see you Matt (who didn't scrub up to bad either) enjoying every minute of your amazing day.  We love you guys lots and wish you all 5 of you a wonderful future.
